Food System Planning Kick-Off – 2/26/20

The public is invited to this community conversation on an upcoming 2-year effort to look at our local food system to identify assets, gaps, vulnerabilities and challenges we face individually and as a community. Join with us to shape the future of food in Tompkins County!

The Food Policy Council of Tompkins County, Cooperative Extension of Tompkins County, Greenstar Community Projects, Building Bridges, and other partners are gearing up to develop a countywide food system plan to be informed by all residents and to guide future actions and improve our food security. Financial support is provided by Tompkins County and the Community Foundation of Tompkins County.

Please register by February 21 at tinyurl.com/FoodPlanTompkins .
Pre-registration is required so we can plan for enough space, food, and can provide child care or transportation to those who need it.
